Jazmine Sullivan

JazmineJazmine Marie (b. on April 9, 1987) is an American soul/R&B singer from the United States. Fearless Jazmine Sullivan's debut album was made in Philadelphia. The record topped the Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). It was followed by four hits with the singles "Need U Bad" and "Bust your Windows" that both made it to the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100 charts. It was the first time Sullivan had a highest-rated single in the Billboard Hot Hip-Hop/R&B Songs chart. Sullivan continued to release her album for her second studio, Love Me Back, released in 2010 and received favorably by people who reviewed it. After taking a three-year break, Sullivan signed with RCA Records and debuted her first album as a studio under their label Reality Show, in 2015 and became her debut album to reach at #1 on the Top R&B Albums chart. In 2021, she released her highly acclaimed EP Heaux Tales which has the track "Pick Up Your emotions". Sullivan earned two Grammy Awards and a Billboard Women in Music Award. The singer also took home 3 NAACP Image Awards and 2 BET Awards. Time has listed her as one of their 100 most influential people for 2022.
